一、總有機碳TOC分析儀產(chǎn)品說明:
總有機碳（TOC）分析儀采用世界的雙波長紫外氧化技術，精度高、靈敏度高。高性能CPU，觸摸屏智能化控制，具有離線分析和在線分析選配功能，配制外置式打印機，人性化的設計理念，更換UV燈和泵管不用拆開機箱，操作簡單、方便，實現(xiàn)了分析儀器國產(chǎn)化。符合《中國藥典》2010版附錄 VIII R制藥用水中總有機碳測定法，滿足藥典對儀器的要求：①TOC=TC-TIC，②系統(tǒng)適用性試驗，③檢測靈敏度（等于或小于0.05mg/L）。

該儀器可用于檢測制藥工業(yè)中純化水、注射用水和去離子水中總有機碳的濃度；也可用于半導體行業(yè)、電廠、科研單位、實驗室等超純水TOC的檢測，在制藥領域和生物化學領域清潔驗證過程中，可用于驗證清潔效果。

五、工作原理：
樣品中的有機物在紫外線及*廣催化的作用下被氧化成二氧化碳，采用電導率檢測技術測定二氧化碳，通過電導率傳感器檢測經(jīng)氧化反應器氧化后的樣品總碳與電導率傳感器檢測未經(jīng)氧化反應器氧化的樣品總無機碳之差，獲得樣品中總有機碳含量（TOC=TC-TIC）。
