TCP0150 is a high performance and easy-to-use150AAC/DC current probe designed for use and directconnection(withoutthe need of an additional power supply) to theTekVPI™probeinterface used on Tektronix DPO4000, MSO4000 andDPO7000Seriesoscilloscopes. This AC/DC current measurement probeprovides20 MHzof frequency bandwidth with selectable range controlfor 25A and 150A measurement ranges. It also provides lowcurrentmeasurementcapability and accuracy to current levels as lowas 5mA per division— important for achieving broad dynamiccurrentrange of high-levelａnd low-level measurementsignals.
