 Service and Maintenance
(1) 651600 must be kept from collisions, drop, liquid, dust, moisture, grease, high temperature and
strong magnetic fields.
(2) After testing, the probe head should be released in order to avoid the spring to deformate due to a
long term compression.
(3) After 500-800 tests, remove the support ring and take off the probe head. Use a soft brush to gently
clean the pipe and probe head. It is not allowed to use a lubricant during cleaning.
(4) When performing the calibration test, if the test result is quite different from that of the standard
block, please check the probe head. If the probe ball is severely damaged, please replace the probe
ball.
(5) If you do not use the tester for a long time, please take out the battery from the tester.
(6) If the tester has a problem which remains unsolved, please do not disassemble the tester yourself.
