雞精生產(chǎn)線車間布局
1、 雞精的定義：The definition of chicken powder
以食用鹽、味精、雞肉/雞骨的粉末或其濃縮抽提物、呈味核苷酸二鈉及其它輔料為原料，添加或不添加香辛料和/或食用香料等增香劑經(jīng)混合加工而成，具有雞的濃郁香味和鮮美滋味的復(fù)合調(diào)味料。
It is the delicious compound flavoring that has the smell and taste of chicken. The raw materials are salt, aginomoto, the powder of chicken or chicken bone or its extract, disodium 5’-ribonucleotide and other materials. Then add and mix with spice (Or not) and/or edible flavor.
2、雞精生產(chǎn)工藝Production flow of chicken powder
味精、鹽、糖等大料→干燥→粉碎→配料→混合→內(nèi)包裝→金檢→外包裝→檢驗→入庫

3、雞精生產(chǎn)車間布局Layout of chicken powder production workshop
根據(jù)雞精的生產(chǎn)工藝，雞精生產(chǎn)車間布局要求如下：
According to the production of chicken powder, the layout of chicken powder production workshop should be as following:
（1）雞精生產(chǎn)車間由原輔料庫、預(yù)處理間、干燥間、粉碎間、配料間、混合間、內(nèi)包裝間、外包裝間、成品庫、包材庫、工具間等組成。
The chicken powder workshop is made up of raw materials warehouse, pretreatment room, drying room, crushing room, compounding room, mixing room, inner packing room, external packing room, product warehouse, packing materials warehouse and tools room, etc.
（2）以上工作間中，原輔料庫、外包裝間、成品庫、包材庫、工具間為次潔凈區(qū)，預(yù)處理間、干燥間、粉碎間、配料間、混合間為潔凈區(qū)，內(nèi)包裝間為zui高潔凈區(qū)。
Among the rooms above, raw materials warehouse, external packing room, product room and tools room are sub-clean area, pretreatment room, drying room, crushing room, compounding room, and mixing room are clean area, and inner packing room is the highest degree clean area.
（3）次潔凈區(qū)的工作人員需更衣進入，潔凈區(qū)的工作人員需更衣、洗手消毒進入，zui高潔凈區(qū)的工作人員需要更衣、洗手消毒、風(fēng)淋進入。
Before work staffs enter sub-clean room, they should change clothes and then enter. Before work staffs enter clean area, they should change clothes, wash hands and disinfect. Before work stuffs enter the highest degree clean area, they should change clothes, wash hands, disinfect and air shower.
（4）潔凈區(qū)和zui高潔凈區(qū)的更衣、洗手消毒室需獨立分開。
The changing clothes, wash, and disinfect rooms should be separated.
（5）zui高潔凈區(qū)需溫控、濕控和空氣凈化。
The highest degree clean area needs temperature control, temperature control and air purification.
