測試方法：

將試樣兩引腳分別連接在測試設(shè)備的夾具上 通上10毫安左右的檢測電流（zui大不超過100毫安），將硅油池溫度先穩(wěn)定在TF-10度（硅油池帶攪拌，保證溫度均勻，升溫速率可調(diào)）然后將實驗放到硅油池內(nèi)，采用受控溫度即0.5℃±0.2℃/MIN這樣的升溫速率，每個試樣都有溫度傳感器檢測溫度，有槽內(nèi)有單獨測試通道，一根熔斷器一個測試通道，設(shè)計共10個通道，每個通道單獨監(jiān)控一個熔斷器。熔斷器在某個溫度點熔斷后，設(shè)備及時提醒并鎖定熔斷溫度。
