主梁折彎：作為地磅的主要承重支撐，用料十分重要，本公司地磅主梁采用6~8MM鋼材進(jìn)行折彎。

焊接：主要是面板、主梁、端面板的焊接，面板用料一般分為8mm 10mm，12mm，U型梁結(jié)構(gòu)地磅，焊接采用滿焊，相較糟鋼結(jié)構(gòu)地磅點(diǎn)焊的更牢固。

教你如何校準(zhǔn)地磅：
1、角差校準(zhǔn)：選擇三分之一的（X為地磅zui大稱量數(shù)）砝碼，將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砝碼放在地磅秤臺(tái)面的4角，分別進(jìn)行稱量，4個(gè)角的讀數(shù)偏差均不得超過(guò)允許誤差。
2、線性校準(zhǔn)：選擇用20% X和60% X的砝碼，將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砝碼放在地磅稱重臺(tái)面的*，分別進(jìn)行稱量，讀數(shù)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砝碼對(duì)照，偏差不得超過(guò)允許誤差。
3、地磅四角誤差校準(zhǔn)：取地磅三分之一的滿量程載荷的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砝碼，分別放置于地磅稱重中心位置，記錄地磅穩(wěn)定后的讀數(shù)。
4、地磅示值誤差校準(zhǔn)：將滿量程平均10等份，按每等份質(zhì)量設(shè)定校驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值，依次將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砝碼放置于地磅稱重的中心位置，記錄地磅穩(wěn)定后的讀數(shù)。
