產(chǎn)品介紹

Core Scanner芯體密度X-光掃描成像與元素分析系統(tǒng)結(jié)合了X-射線熒光分析(X-ray Fluorescence)數(shù)字X-射線密度成像(digital x-ray micro radiography高分辨率數(shù)字光學成像技術,實現(xiàn)多種的非接觸式測量,用于土壤、土芯、海洋或湖底的沉積物、巖石、洞穴堆積物(如鐘乳石),泥炭塊、巖芯等的密度和元素分析??蓽y量的元素有Al、Si、S、ClK、Ca、Cr、MnFe、Cu、Zn、AsHg、Pb等,其中許多可測至痕量水平以下,對靈敏度和分辨率要求較高的研究尤其適合。系統(tǒng)可應用于土壤分析,環(huán)境污染調(diào)查、地質(zhì)勘探、海洋研究等領域。

原理:

土壤元素分析系統(tǒng)采用XRF數(shù)字X-射線密度成像和高分辨率數(shù)字光學成像技術,非破壞性測量,獲得樣品高分辨率的數(shù)碼圖像然后利用系統(tǒng)軟件對所得圖像信息進行分析。

系統(tǒng)特點:

 檢測效率高,10分鐘即可完成1米樣的掃描分析

系統(tǒng)組成:

X-射線發(fā)生器,X-射線管,X-射線安全防護系統(tǒng),X-光束準直儀,機動樣品臺及樣芯固定裝置,U-型樣品槽,X-射線成像檢測系統(tǒng),XRF元素分析儀,光學攝像頭,2臺工作站,軟件及驅(qū)動,X-光箔,UPS(不間斷電源),激光彩色打印機,設備冷卻裝置。

技術指標:

1、 測量原理:X-射線熒光分析、數(shù)字X-射線成像技術、高分辨率光學成像技術。

2、 分辨率:X-射線:扁平光管光束0.2x20mm,其中0.2對應沉積物的長度方向。

X-射線熒光光束:常規(guī)分辨率0.2mm,分辨率0.1mm需定制

X-射線成像分析,分辨率20μm

3、X-射線發(fā)生器功率:60 kV,55 mA,功率3.3 kW

4X-射線管:鉻管或鉬管,功率2.2 kW(鉻管)和3.0 kW(鉬管),質(zhì)保壽命為2000h,期望壽命為3000~5000h

5、X-射線檢測器:用于X-射線數(shù)字密度成像,含有1000個感應元件,每個感應元件拍攝20μm寬的樣品圖像,動態(tài)范圍達數(shù)十倍,樣品成像厚度60mm。

6SDD硅漂移檢測器:電子冷卻,用于XRF檢測,可以記錄Al – U的任何元素的標識輻射,5.9 keV時,能量分辨率大約140 eV。單次掃描即可完成所有元素的檢測。

7、增強型光學成像單元:3x16bit數(shù)字RGB彩色CCD光學攝像頭和光學圖像信息采集軟件,采用正交偏振濾光片技術和眩光降低技術,可以獲得非常高的圖像質(zhì)量。攝像頭光學分辨率為50μm,以兩種模式掃描,快速模式(分辨率200μm)和高分辨率模式(分辨率50μm),掃描圖像寬約100mm。

8X-射線防護裝置:測量過程中,打開儀器時,X-射線自動關閉。

9、樣品臺:自動樣品臺長1800mm,最小步進20μm,溫度穩(wěn)定時重現(xiàn)性好。

10、樣品槽:樣品槽帶手動調(diào)節(jié)裝置,可在據(jù)樣品橫截面中心線的五個不同的固定位置調(diào)整。五個位置是:中心,距中心10mm (左和右),距中心20mm (左和右)。

11、樣品大小和形狀:

1) 有效測量長度最長1750mm , 寬度120mm

2) 劈開的、水平放置的沉積物樣品,外徑可達120mm

3) 厚板狀沉積物樣品,厚度1-60mm, 寬度120mm

4) U形樣品槽

5) 木材生長錐樣品、平板樣品或圓盤樣品,厚度1-60mm, 寬度120mm

6) 洞穴堆積物(如鐘乳石)樣品,厚度1-50mm, 寬度120mm

12、工作站負責掃描控制及數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件包括Core Scanner Navigator(掃描控制軟件)、QspecXRF光譜分析和元素濃度計算軟件)、ReDiCore(數(shù)據(jù)顯示軟件)及所有其他硬件驅(qū)動程序。
