The 1555 and redesigned Fluke1550 insulation resistance tester, which provides digital insulation testing up to 10kV, is ideal for testing a variety of high-voltage equipment, including switchgear, motors, generators and cables. Fluke's insulation tester can now be carried throughout the range of test voltages specified in the ieee 43-2000 with a first-class, three-year warranty and CAT IV 600 V safety rating. Along with measuring storage and PC interfaces, the 1555 and 1550 are perfect tools designed to identify preventive or predictive maintenance plans for potential equipment failures before they occur.
