6430亞fA程控源表集合了Keithley源表產(chǎn)品和源測(cè)量單元(SMU)的電壓電流源及測(cè)量功能，比靜電計(jì)靈敏度更高，噪聲更低，輸入阻抗更高。這種的性能是通過6430遠(yuǎn)端前置放大器實(shí)現(xiàn)的，它提供非常靈敏的雙向放大器，用于測(cè)量或產(chǎn)生被測(cè)試器件的電流。遠(yuǎn)端前置放大器輸出的高層信號(hào)通過一條兩米長(zhǎng)的線纜發(fā)送到控制主機(jī)上。這使得用戶可以直接，或者近距離連接該信號(hào)，減少線纜噪聲的影響。

The 6430 sub-fA programmable source meter gathers the voltage and current sources and measurement functions of Keithley source meter products and source measurement units, which has higher sensitivity, lower noise and higher input impedance than the electrometer. This unique performance is achieved through the 6430 remote preamplifier, which provides a very sensitive bidirectional amplifier for measuring or generating the current of the device under test. The high-level signal from the remote preamplifier is transmitted to the control host through a two-meter-long cable. This allows the user to connect the signal directly, or at close range, to reduce cable noise.
