Keithley 2400 SourceMeter SMU 儀器

The giselle digital source meter series is especially suitable for testing applications that require precise voltage source and current source drive, as well as current and voltage measurement. All source gauges provide sophisticated voltage and current source measurement capabilities. Each source table consists of a highly stable dc source and a real instrument level 5 - bit semi - multifunction meter. The power features include: low noise, high precision and readback. Multimeter functions include high repeatability and low noise. The results form a compact single-channel dc parameter tester. In operation, these instruments can be used as a voltage source, current source, voltmeter, ammeter and ohm meter.
