Keysight E8364A vector network analyzer is a member of PNA series network analyzer platform. It has high speed and high precision, and can meet the current high-frequency, high-performance components of the harsh test requirements. The PNA Series provides fast scanning speed, wide dynamic range, low track noise and flexible connectivity to meet various test challenges.
E8364A provides TRL/LRM calibration (using four receivers) for waveguide, wafer and fixture devices, and provides alternative source attenuators, biased T-joints and direct access to receivers for active devices and extended dynamic range measurements.
Powerful automation and self-help tools enable the instrument to meet the needs of R&D and manufacturing. The PNA Series has 16 independent measurement channels, built-in hard disks and a mouse.
