該款剝離試驗機(jī)根據(jù)GB/T2611-2007《試驗機(jī)通用技術(shù)要求》和GB/T16491-2008《電子式試驗機(jī)》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造。計算機(jī)全自動控制設(shè)備的上升、下降、試驗、停止等，設(shè)備外形美觀、操作方便、性能穩(wěn)定可靠。

二、180°剝離試驗機(jī)用途Description of Function：
該系列產(chǎn)品主要用于1000N以內(nèi)的拉伸、剝離、撕裂等試驗。廣泛應(yīng)用于航天航空、石油化工、機(jī)械制造、塑料橡膠、陶瓷建材、金屬材料、建筑工程等行業(yè)，以及高等院校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、技術(shù)監(jiān)督、質(zhì)檢站所等部門。

五、結(jié)構(gòu)特點Some features in Machine Structure：
1.主機(jī)Load Frame Machine：
1.1該機(jī)采用桌上型臥式結(jié)構(gòu)，采用伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動,伺服電機(jī)通過傳動機(jī)構(gòu)帶動移動橫梁左右移動,實現(xiàn)試驗加載過程。
1.1 The machine adopts a desktop horizontal,equipped with servo motor,which can drive he moving beam to move left and right through the transmission mechanism to realize the loading test process.
1.2圓弧同步帶輪和滾珠絲杠副傳動是平穩(wěn)的無間隙傳動，從而得到試驗力和變形速度精密控制，傳動平穩(wěn)，響應(yīng)快，噪聲低。
1.2 Arc tooth synchronous belt gear and ball screw rods as subsidiary transmission,is smooth and no-seal transmission,to reach accurate controlling to the speed of test force and deformation,smooth transmission,fast response,low noise.

六、軟件功能特點Function and Features in the software system：
1.自動清零：試驗開始啟動后，系統(tǒng)自動清零；
Auto Zero:after the test start,the system do auto zero.
2.自動標(biāo)定：系統(tǒng)可自動實現(xiàn)示值準(zhǔn)確度的標(biāo)定；
Auto calibration:Auto calibration of indicating vale in the system.
3.自動返回：實驗結(jié)束后，橫梁自動返回至初始位置；
Auto back,after finishing the test,crossbeam will be back to initial place automatically.
4.自動換檔（當(dāng)選擇分檔測量時）：根據(jù)負(fù)荷大小自動切換到適當(dāng)?shù)牧砍?，以確保測量數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性；
Auto shift-gear(when you choose different measuring gear),it can do automatic shift as per the different load capacity for better accuracy.
5.自動變速：試驗過程中移動橫梁的速度可按預(yù)先設(shè)定的程序自動變化，也可手動變化；
