儀具與材料

大荷載應(yīng)滿足不超過其量程的80%，且不小于量程的20%的要求，宜采用100kN，分度值100N。具有球形支座，壓頭可以活動與試件緊密接觸。
具有環(huán)境保溫箱，控溫準確度0.5℃。當缺乏環(huán)境保溫箱時，試驗室應(yīng)設(shè)置空調(diào)，控溫準確度1.0℃。
能符合加載速率保持2mm/min的要求。試驗機宜有伺服系統(tǒng)，在加載過程中速度基本不變。當采用馬歇爾試驗儀手動控制時，應(yīng)事先校正手搖速率，以達到2mm/min加載速率的要求。
變形量測裝置
抗壓試驗加載用上下壓板，下壓板下有帶球面的底座。壓板直徑120mm，在直徑102mm處有一淺的放置試件的圓周刻印。下壓板直徑線兩側(cè)有立柱頂桿，上壓板直徑線兩側(cè)裝有千分表架，表架中間與頂桿中間位置一致。當使用機具有自動測定試件垂直變形或自動測記試件的壓力與變形曲線功能時，可以直接使用，不必另外配備變形量測裝置。
