三、工作原理：

水溶液pH值的測量一般用玻璃電極作為指示電極，*電極作為參比電極，當(dāng)溶液中氫離子濃度（嚴(yán)格說是活度）即溶液的pH值發(fā)生變化時，玻璃電極和*電極之間產(chǎn)生的電勢也隨著發(fā)生變化，而電勢變化關(guān)系符合下列公式：

四、測定樣品的注意事項(xiàng)：

◆儀器的電極插頭和插口必須保持清潔干燥，不使用時應(yīng)將短路插頭或電極
