三、使用方法：
先用鋼板尺測(cè)量被測(cè)試樣的大體厚度，例如：被測(cè)試樣大約厚56mm，用鋼板尺先將測(cè)厚儀的底板和壓盤(pán)之間的距離測(cè)量到50mm，此數(shù)值為初始距離，然后將測(cè)厚儀的移動(dòng)橫梁擰緊，輕輕抬起測(cè)厚儀的壓盤(pán)，將被測(cè)試樣放到底板和壓盤(pán)之間，輕輕放下壓盤(pán)，使其與試樣接觸，待百分表讀數(shù)穩(wěn)定后讀數(shù)，精確到0.1mm。如讀數(shù)為6.1mm，則該試樣的真實(shí)厚度為初始距離50mm 實(shí)測(cè)厚度6.1mm=56.1mm。
注：巖棉板式測(cè)厚儀用鋼板尺和測(cè)厚儀確定被測(cè)試樣的初始厚度時(shí)，請(qǐng)取A接近試樣的整數(shù)值，實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)值應(yīng)不超過(guò)10mm。例如，被測(cè)試樣大約在20~30mm，初始距離定為20mm，在50~60mm時(shí)，初始距離定為50mm，其他同理，初始距離A高為150mm。

Note: When using the steel ruler and thickness gauge to determine the initial thickness of the test sample, take the integer value closest to the sample. The measured value should not exceed 10mm. For example, the sample to be tested is about 20~30mm, the initial distance is set to 20mm, and the initial distance is 50mm when it is 50~60mm. For the same reason, the initial distance is up to 150mm.
四、操作步驟：
★平穩(wěn)地抬起防水卷材測(cè)厚儀測(cè)量壓板，將一塊已備好的被測(cè)小樣放在測(cè)量壓板與支座之間，輕輕地放下測(cè)量壓板使其與試樣接觸。待測(cè)厚儀指針?lè)€(wěn)定后記錄百分表此時(shí)的讀數(shù)，然后計(jì)算此小樣的實(shí)際厚度。
★重復(fù)步驟5測(cè)量其余三個(gè)小樣的厚度，并計(jì)算4個(gè)小樣厚度的算術(shù)平均值作為該試樣的厚度。對(duì)于厚度測(cè)量需要包括貼面層的試樣，應(yīng)將貼面層向下放置。但若是金屬網(wǎng)貼面，則應(yīng)將金屬網(wǎng)去除后再進(jìn)行測(cè)量。
首先調(diào)整防水卷材測(cè)厚儀測(cè)量壓板的底平面與支座的上平面平行。
★準(zhǔn)備被測(cè)試樣小樣。
根據(jù)被測(cè)試樣的厚度選用相應(yīng)的基準(zhǔn)塊進(jìn)行組合做為測(cè)量基準(zhǔn)（注：基準(zhǔn)塊可根據(jù)被測(cè)試樣的高度任意組合）。
★將組合好的基準(zhǔn)塊放在支座上，松開(kāi)立柱鎖緊手柄，上、下調(diào)整支架，使百分表下端的測(cè)量壓板壓在基準(zhǔn)塊上，并使百分表有0.2mm的預(yù)緊量，然后鎖緊立柱鎖緊手柄，并記錄此時(shí)百分表讀數(shù)，抬起測(cè)量壓板，移去基準(zhǔn)塊。

★ Repeat step 5 to measure the thickness of the remaining three samples and calculate the arithmetic mean of the thickness of the four samples as the thickness of the sample. For thickness measurements that require a sample of the overlay, the overlay should be placed down. However, if the metal mesh is veneered, the metal mesh should be removed before measurement.
First adjust the waterproof membrane thickness gauge to measure the bottom plane of the pressure plate parallel to the upper plane of the support.
★ Prepare a sample to be tested.
According to the thickness of the sample to be tested, the corresponding reference block is selected and used as the measurement reference (Note: the reference block can be arbitrarily combined according to the height of the sample to be tested).
★ Place the assembled reference block on the support, loosen the column locking handle, adjust the bracket up and down, press the measuring plate at the lower end of the dial gauge on the reference block, and make the dial indicator 0.2mm pre- Tightly, then lock the column lock handle and record the dial gauge reading, lift the measurement platen, and remove the reference block.
