基于 MEMS技術(shù)，采用*的玻璃微熔技術(shù)，針對(duì)重工業(yè)存在的嚴(yán)重介質(zhì)問(wèn)題（如氣穴、液錘或壓力峰值）的液壓應(yīng)用而設(shè)計(jì)；壓力腔體采用17－4PH不銹鋼整體加工，無(wú)"O"型圈、無(wú)焊縫，無(wú)泄漏隱患。傳感器內(nèi)置強(qiáng)抗射頻和電磁干擾、溫度自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償?shù)臄?shù)字電路，具有抗沖擊、抗過(guò)載、抗震動(dòng)、耐腐蝕、工作溫度范圍寬、*穩(wěn)定性好等特點(diǎn)。該系列產(chǎn)品有多種壓力連接和電氣連接供用戶選擇。
The Y400-441 pressure transmitter applied in the engineering machinery industry adopts the MEMS technology and the advanced glass micro-melting technology and is designed by aiming at the hydraulic application for serious medium problems (e.g. air pocket, liquid hammer or pressure peak value) in the heavy industry. Its pressure chamber is made of 17-4PH stainless steel in an integrated way without welding seams or O-rings and free of leakage troubles. Digital circuits capable of strong RFI & EMI resistance and automatic temperature compensation are installed inside the transmitter and the transmitter is featured with the resistance against impact, overload, shock & erosion, the wide working temperature scope and the permanent stability, etc. The series products provide several optional pressure connections and electric connections for customers.
