2、各實(shí)驗(yàn)室領(lǐng)用周轉(zhuǎn)筒時(shí)必須登記。
3、登記必須認(rèn)真、詳細(xì)，登記資料至少保存3年以上以備查。
4、環(huán)保公司處理記錄由平臺(tái)保存，并提供給全院查詢。
